1. PVC Scratch Resistant Overlay Film

PVC scratch resistant overlay film is a functional protective film specially developed for anti-scratch and wear-resistant protection on bank card surfaces. Made of high-purity PVC substrate with enhanced anti-scratch coating technology, this film delivers outstanding wear resistance and friction protection. It can effectively isolate external friction, impact and dust erosion, fully protecting the printed layers, barcodes and patterns on bank cards. It ensures every bank card delivered to customers has a flawless surface free of scratches. In terms of specifications, this PVC scratch resistant overlay film is available in four standard thickness options: 50micron, 60micron, 80micron and 100micron. Different thicknesses offer different protection levels and process adaptability to satisfy the high durability requirements of frequently circulated financial cards.

2. PVC Skin Touch Overlay Film

On the basis of basic protection performance of traditional PVC overlay films, PVC skin touch overlay film creates a delicate, smooth, soft and skin-like texture on bank card surfaces, completely getting rid of the stiff plastic feel of ordinary films. While optimizing the tactile feeling, the product retains the excellent basic properties of professional card overlay films. It boasts good scratch resistance, moisture resistance and anti-fading performance to effectively preserve the graphics and texts on cards and extend the service life of bank cards.

Consistent with the scratch resistant series, PVC skin touch overlay film also supports full-range thickness customization: 50micron, 60micron, 80micron and 100micron. Multiple thickness options can adapt to various card body thickness standards and lamination parameters.
